Services

We provide junk removal, cleanouts, hauling, demolition, and related services across the Greater Houston area. This includes Houston, Katy, Cypress, Sugar Land, The Woodlands, Pearland, and surrounding communities. All work is scheduled in advance, and estimates are provided before work begins.

Estimates and Payments

Prices are based on the type and amount of material removed, as well as access conditions. The final price may change if the actual load or difficulty differs from what was discussed during booking. Payment is due upon completion of service by cash, card, or check unless other arrangements are made in writing.

Cancellations

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. If a crew has already been dispatched, a cancellation fee may apply.

Items We Cannot Take

We do not remove hazardous or prohibited materials. This includes chemicals, fuels, paint, asbestos, pressurized tanks, biohazard waste, and any materials restricted by law. If conditions are unsafe or not compliant, our crew reserves the right to decline or modify the job.

Care and Liability

We always handle items and property with care. However, to the fullest extent permitted by law, Houston TX Junk Removal is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability, if any, is limited to the total amount paid for the service in question.
